桃園國際機場第一航廈公共藝術，集中設置於入境大廳及長廊，當入境旅客於邁進國門大廳及漫步長廊空間的同時，即在台灣文化的目視巡禮中，與美麗零距離邂逅。第一航廈公共藝術囊括三位藝術家作品，以「台灣山海經」為計畫主題，一方面指的是山川海景，一方面指的是這塊土地上生活的人的故事，主要希望旅客入境時，對福爾摩沙的風土人文建立最好的第一印象，這些藝術品為機場歷史脈絡、台灣文化丰采帶來創新詮釋。

For those passing through the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport’s Terminal 1, the public art gracing its arrival hall and long corridors provides travelers with opportunities for close-up encounters with Taiwan’s beautiful culture. The principal aim of the public art is to give arriving travelers a good first impression of the local culture here on Formosa, “the beautiful isle.” Under the theme of “Taiwan’s mountains and seas” (an allusion to the ancient Chinese book The Classic of Mountains and Seas), they decided to take works by three artists and group them in the T1. On the other hand, it also refers to the stories of the people who have lived on the island.
